Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from the Netherlands.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time
Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Belgium and Germany: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace email.

We ship with PostNL.

 

Returns 

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

Conditions for returns

To return a product, we ask that it is:

  • Undamaged
  • Free from excessive signs of use
  • Free from excessive pet hair or odors
  • Returned in its original packaging, if possible

You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store.

If a product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may apply a reduction in value.

What cannot be returned?

We may refuse returns when:

  • The product has visibly been used by a pet
  • The product is damaged due to use
  • The product cannot be resold for hygienic reasons

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Photos if there is damage or a defect

Upon receipt of your message, you will receive further instructions.

Return costs

The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless there is an error or defective product.

We recommend sending your return with track & trace.
POOT. is not liable for lost returns.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.

If there is a reduction in value, this amount will be deducted.
